FUEL CONCENTRATE
At today’s fuel prices, it behooves
the vehicle owner and operator to be knowledgeable about
the quality, performance and unfortunately – the
price – of fueling today’s transportation.
It is important to know that the quality of fuel has actually
decreased over the last twenty years. The fuel industry
in now blending fuels specifically to have a short storage
life. If any of you have tried to store gasoline for six
months to a year you have probably experienced the souring
of the fuel. Most of us can remember when gasoline had
lead as one of the properties. The purpose of the lead
additive was to lubricate the upper cylinder, valve seal
and valve guides. It also enhanced the octane/cetane and
it helped to prevent the predestination (pinging) which
high performance/high compression engines often experience.
It was good environmentally to remove the lead; however,
the fuel industry did not add anything back into the fuel
to compensate for what the lead accomplished.
Today, even in high performance vehicles, people are forced
to use regular unleaded due to escalating costs, regardless
of manufacturer recommendations. Your car will get from
point A to point B on regular but your upper cylinder,
valve seals and guides are taking a beating and will wear
out prematurely – further reducing the service life
and performance of your vehicle. Those of us that live
in areas that require an emission test may find that failures
occur in as little as 30,000 miles due to the excessive
wear.
There is a technology that is available today to solve
this fuel dilemma — Dyna – Lube Fuel Additive.
Added to your tank with each fill up will provide you
with the following benefits:
- Regular grade fuel may be used even in high performance
vehicles that require premium.
- Superior protection against wear to upper cylinder,
valve seals and guides.
- Cleans and protects fuel injectors and carburetors
as you drive
- Provides octane/cetane boost for both gasoline and
diesel fuels
These benefits equate to improved performance, better
fuel economy and an increased service life for your equipment.
A cleaner running, more efficient engine will also help
us to reduce the use of natural resources and protect
our environment. Please refer to our Savings Calculator
to project the savings you can realize by using Dyna –
Lube additives.
The ratio of use for Dyna – Lube Fuel Additive is
1-2 ounces per ten gallons of fuel. Two ounces has proven
to be especially effective in cold weather. The product
comes in a dispensing bottle with an ounce measurement
for your convenience. Simply carry it in your trunk and
add it each time you fill up.
